Having had a creative mind from my younger days towards fashion and makeup, I was invited by one of my
friends to lend her a hand on one of her busy days at her salon. This was in the late 90’s. Noticing my talent
along with the hand/eye creativity I’ve been blessed with, she advised me to learn the art of Hairdressing
and Beauty culture in depth, which I gave some thought to the idea.
It is at that time I decided to peruse with my studies, where I obtained the diploma in Hairdressing and Beauty culture from City & Guilds – UK. Since then I operate a Salon from my residence and have made many brides look gorgeous over a period of 10 years. I haven’t felt the lapse of time as I mostly work from home and occasionally from elsewhere. At home, I have my family always close to me, which enables me to work with a relaxed and free mind, which is a great inspiration to do my job even better. I also do not treat this as a moneymaking avenue, but as a method of whiling away my free time especially by doing something, which I really relish most. I’m sure, my way of relaxation has paved the way to bring out the glamour in many brides.
Leaving aside the monetary aspect, I have always been a service-oriented person by having a lot of flexibility with my clients. I always believe in a two-way thought along with ideas going into my creations. I always believe in a win-win outcome. Therefore simplicity & charm combined with affordability & flexibility is my prime objective in client satisfaction. This is the success story behind me to move forward…………….Firmly & Silently. |
